About
Affiliate Link Checker is a site-wide affiliate link checker, built and run by Quolapps.
What it does
Affiliate Link Checker checks the affiliate links on a whole website. You add a site, prove you control it, and the crawler reads its sitemap and pages. The crawler obeys robots.txt, so only the pages a site allows are read.
Every Amazon, ShareASale, CJ, Impact, Awin and Rakuten link is found, along with any link marked rel=sponsored. The report names the network and the tag, and flags a missing tag, a tag that is not yours, an Amazon short link that has to be checked after its redirect, a missing rel=sponsored or nofollow, and an Amazon marketplace that differs from your default. Each link is then checked to see where its redirect chain ends and what the last server answered. You can filter the report by network and by issue, and export it as CSV.
A free single-URL check needs no signup and reads one page. A scheduled crawl can re-run a site-wide check and email you when a new problem appears.
Who runs it
Affiliate Link Checker is built and run by Quolapps, a software company founded by Mike Wiberg. Quolapps builds small, focused web tools, each on its own domain, and Affiliate Link Checker is one of them.
What it deliberately does not do
- It does not check stock, price or availability. It checks affiliate tags and links, and nothing else about the product.
- It reports no earnings, revenue or commission figures. It cannot tell you what a link earned.
- It never reads an Amazon product page for content. An Amazon link is checked for its redirect chain and its HTTP status, and no product page text is used or stored.
- It never signs in to an affiliate network and never asks for or uses anyone's account credentials.
